Camden & Islington Estates Partnership and the gbpartnerships consultancy team is delighted to be involved and working with two of our partners, NHS NCL CCG and CHP, on a fantastic collaboration project. The principles and positives from this pilot project will hopefully be rolled out across other key strategic sites.
The aim of the Community Integration Project is to make these key strategic sites, full and thriving health and community hubs. High-level outputs of the project include:
Eliminate void space
Increase utilisation
Embed the buildings within the community and as a key part of the ICP design
Target 1m more appointments across the 11 North Central London LIFT buildings at no extra cost
Secure 80% occupancy on bookable space.
